If the item has already been shipped, return it within 14 days at your own cost (unless free returns were included).
Use a tracked service and keep proof of postage. If we don’t receive the return, we can’t process a refund.
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
We refund to your original payment method — no fees apply.
Important:
If the item is used, damaged, or missing tags/parts, we may reduce or refuse the refund.
Returns for Faulty Items
You have 14 days from delivery to report any faults.

If your item is confirmed faulty:
- We’ll send a free prepaid return label
- Once received, we’ll replace or refund your item
December Extended Returns:
Purchases made between 1st–31st December can be returned until mid-January to allow for Christmas gifts.
