Pricing

All product prices shown on our website include VAT but exclude delivery costs.
If VAT changes before we dispatch your order and you haven’t paid yet, we’ll adjust the VAT rate accordingly.

We charge you at the time of dispatch. Ownership transfers to you once full payment is received.
If payment is overdue, we may charge interest at 2% per year above the Bank of England base rate. This is calculated daily until the full payment is made.

Unless specifically stated, RASHAZ LIMITED is not the manufacturer of the products.
Actual product colours may differ slightly due to screen settings or packaging variations.
Please read product labels, warnings, and instructions before use.

We reserve the right to make updates to products in line with legal, safety, or technical requirements — such changes will not affect product usability.


Delivery & Processing

  • Orders are typically processed the same business day (Monday–Friday).
  • Orders placed after 4 PM or on weekends/holidays are processed the next working day.
  • Delivery options and VAT-inclusive rates are listed at checkout.

Please allow additional time during peak periods (sales, Christmas, bank holidays).


Delays & Non-Performance

If delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, we’ll notify you and do our best to minimise the impact.
We do not offer compensation for delays, but if delays become significant, you may cancel the order and request a full refund.

If we are unable to fulfil the order due to external factors, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund.


Order Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Return the product within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping is at your expense (unless free returns were provided at purchase).
Use a tracked delivery service and keep proof of return.

We refund:

  • Standard delivery costs only (not express or timed options)
  • Within 14 days of receiving the item or valid return proof

Refunds may be reduced if the product is not in original condition (e.g. used, damaged, packaging missing, accessories not included).


Returns Policy

If something is wrong with your item:

  • Include a description and photo of the issue.

If approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return label. You’ll receive status updates throughout the return process.


Warranty

Products are covered under a 12-month warranty against faults not caused by misuse, wear or accidental damage.
We will repair or replace eligible items. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

Follow the standard returns process to initiate a warranty claim.


Your Legal Rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you’re entitled to:

  • Within 30 days: Full refund for faulty items
  • Within 6 months: Full refund if we can’t repair or replace
  • Up to 6 years: Partial refund if a product fails prematurely

Any misuse or modification may void your warranty and return rights.


Customs & International Orders

For orders outside mainland UK:

  • You are responsible for any import duties and taxes
  • Customs clearance procedures vary by country
  • Orders may be opened and inspected by local authorities

Ending Our Contract

We may cancel the order if you do not allow delivery within a reasonable time.
In such cases, we may seek compensation for any costs incurred.


Our Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Losses that were not foreseeable
  • Delays or issues outside our control
  • Losses due to failure to follow product instructions
  • Losses from commercial/business use

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, negligence, personal injury, or death caused by our actions.


Children

We do not sell to anyone under 18. If you are under 18, you must use our website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, who enters into the contract on your behalf.

  • If any part of this contract is found invalid by a court, the remaining parts will still apply.
